For those of you who aren't savvy in cult classics such as EarthBound ( awsome rpg game)
this character is named Pokey who annoyingly rises from dirt poor slob to filthy rich tycoon, and finally into a big time villan. Just thought this pic was hilarious.(dosn't all that hair in his face annoy him???)
